I also hear sales team describing the type of customers they are dealing with – although they seem to use ‘socialist’ instead of socialiser
Overall, the way you deliver the course material is both effective and fun, something we don’t see much of in the industry of late. It is very clear that you have lived through some of the challenges the team face on and as such can relate and help them navigate through these with a fresh mindset.
